Captain Saltine is a common researcher in the Glorious Potato Factory event. He automates and speeds up Caramel Popcorn. He's based off of Sailor Jack, the mascot of Cracker Jack popcorn and Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean.
